Since Valentine’s Day I have been posting lots of absurd content over on TikTok. Most viewers just think I’m on drugs. Those who take me seriously, well I worry about them. I had my first video reach 1 million views. It was just a reaction video and I didn’t do any hard work to post it. I have created so many other videos that I worked hard on and got hardly any attention. There is no rhyme or reason to it. My philosophy is “just keep posting” (like Dory’s “Just keep swimming,” in Finding Nemo).
I’ve been promising new artwork from Chris Blake Sasser and here it is, the draft of King Paimon. I always enjoy when he gets to draw animals.
We are nearing the halfway mark of the completion of the first volume of the coloring book.
However, that doesn’t’ mean I don’t have something to offer everyone. My friend, author R. Saint Claire and myself have been working on creating a horror zine. We wanted it to be in the style of the Punk Rock zines of the 1980s with a touch of MAD magazine silliness. Besides original short horror stories, the zine will have musings, reviews, a maze, a crossword puzzle, comic strips, and the occasional typo. Our hope is that this is something you can read and enjoy at a coffee shop or a cozy mausoleum—a much needed break from the many screens we stare at all day long. It’s only $5 on ETSY (free shipping) so order yours today!

I hope you enjoyed the last episode of The Real Demons. Socrates’ Demon absolutely makes me wonder how much of what people believe is based on a mental illness. Definitely something to think about.
The next episode will be about GIANTS. The Nephilim from the Hebrew Bible. I’m sure you have fun listening to it this coming Monday. I also have a Dr. J adventure that will be included this week.
April will mark the 1 year anniversary of The Real Demons of Pop Culture. Episode 25 will be something I really enjoy talking about, so I hope you join me in celebrating this 1 year mark.
Thanks again for all your support. Please reach out to me on my social accounts and if you aren’t watching my absurd behavior on TikTok you can find me (@)guerilladelphiacomix there.
Peace,
James
