Turn Off, Tune Out, Drop In
Reclaim your brain. Rediscover the analog world.
For years, I was part of the problem. I sold the devices. I taught the classes. I helped people get more deeply wired into the tech that now eats entire days of their lives. I knew the dangers, and the companies certainly weren’t in a rush to educate anyone.
This project is my corrective. My penance. My way of helping people take their minds back.
Turn Off, Tune Out, Drop In is about building a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology—and reconnecting with the analog world we keep forgetting exists.
Not by disappearing off-grid.
Not by pretending phones don’t have value.
But by reclaiming your attention, creativity, and time.
What You Can Expect
Ways to make your phone less addictive
Simple analog practices—doodling, writing, playing music, making things by hand
Ideas to help you reconnect with the physical world
Real talk about what constant connectivity is doing to us
A little humor, a little honesty, and zero judgment

At the end of the day, this whole thing comes down to one mission:
Reclaim your brain.
Reconnect with your life.
Drop back into the world that’s been waiting for you.
Take it easy,
